CD - "The Best of the Best"

The Rogue Valley Symphony premieres their first CD, available to the public for purchase.  The Best of the Best, features the Rogue Valley Symphony performing selections from their 2004-05 season.  Featured on the CD are selections from Holst’s The Planets, the second movement from Leroy Anderson’s popular Piano Concerto, the stirring first movement of Symphony No. 5 by Tchaikovsky, the expressive 4th movement of Beethoven’s 2nd Symphony, the Adagio from Renié’s Concerto for Harp and Orchestra and Jean Sibelius’ Finlandia.
