Tickets are non-refundable. You may exchange your tickets for another performance or turn back your tickets to the box office by noon the day of the concert and you will receive a donation letter in the mail. You may turn back your tickets by phoning the box office at 552-6398 or dropping them by the RVSO office located in the Music Building on the SOU campus in Ashland.
